Breast Augmentation
Mr Eltantawy provides a meticulous, personalised approach to breast augmentation, using advanced planning, high-quality implants, and refined surgical technique. All procedures are performed in accredited UK hospitals with consultant-led care and structured follow-up to ensure safety and natural, balanced results.
Breast augmentation enhances breast size and shape using silicone or saline implants, or occasionally fat transfer. It aims to restore proportion, improve symmetry, or increase volume after pregnancy, weight loss, or natural underdevelopment.
Performed under general anaesthesia, the procedure takes 1–2 hours. Usually a day-case operation, though some patients stay overnight for comfort.
Results are visible immediately and continue to refine over several months. The breasts feel softer and more natural as tissues relax. Implants are long-lasting but not lifetime devices; revision may be needed
after 10–15 years or if complications arise.
